A coach who knows performance from both sides.

I'm Adam Ševčík, BSc — athletics coach, strength & conditioning coach and active 400 m sprinter. I help athletes, hobby clients and clubs develop speed, strength, power, conditioning and efficient movement.

In my coaching I combine my education at FTVŠ UK, years of competitive experience and modern performance diagnostics.
